Choose from actual courses

  1. Client registration
    • You must be a registered user to sign up for courses. You can register at After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.
    • Registration is only done once. It allows you to access the client zone where you can sign in to open courses, check your login profile, and check your status.
  2. Course registration
    • To register for the course you must be registered and logged into the client zone - see point 1
    • After logging into the site, you will select and open the course you are interested in from the open courses Click the "Order Now" button in the box containing the date of the event, the vacancies and the price of the course. The "Order Order" form will open to show you basic course information and other optional course options. After filling in the necessary options, click the "Binding" button.
    • After successfully signing up for the course, you will receive an information email with the organizational instructions at the address given.
    • Only those clients who have completed the required minimum can apply for higher-intensity courses. The terms and conditions of the application are set out in the course schedule.
  3. Prices
    • The price for the course listed in the course schedule is basic price.
    • In addition to the basic price of the course, fees may be charged: renting a gun and purchasing ammunition, if the course participant does not have his own weapon and his own ammunition in the required quantity. These pricing items are listed in the course description. Weapon rental and ammunition purchase can be selected when logging into the course - see. point 2.
  4. Payment and confirmation of course application
    • The client logged in to the course, based on instructions from the information email (see point 2), will pay the price of the course as follows:
      • total amount by instant bank transfer or credit card payment via secure TrustPay page or by depositing on the company account no later than 5 days after signing up for the course (in case of non-acceptance of this payment the application will be canceled). Upon receipt of the payment, the client will be authorized to attend the course - an email will receive an email about the authorization.
      • upon agreement, cash on-site payment is possible at the beginning of the course. Upon payment, a tax document for the entire amount paid will be issued to him at the end of the specific month in which the course was made.
  5. Cancellation of participation
    • Cancellation is possible in writing ( or by phone ( 421 917 718467) no later than 5 days before the course date.
    • The course price paid in case of cancellation of the course within 5 days of the course course remains as a credit to the client, which can be used for another course or another term. In the event of a cancellation of less than 5 days for action or non-participation without notice, RDA will be forfeited without compensation.
  6. Other conditions
    • Course participants will receive a course certificate.
    • Participation in courses is only possible for persons who meet the integrity and reliability of Law No. 190/2003 on firearms and ammunition.
    • Course participants are obliged to follow all organizational and safety instructions of instructors. The organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant without compensation in the event of a serious breach of the organizational and security principles and instructions of the participant.
  7. Personal data and their protection

    The Company collects the personal data of the data subjects to the extent required by the registration. The processing of personal data of affected persons in accordance with the provision of § 13 par. 1 (a) b) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”), does not require the user's consent as the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the User).

    • The data subject understands that RDA processes personal data that the data subject enters into his or her user account for the purpose of providing the data subject's service under these General Terms and Conditions.
    • RDA processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing a service to the user under these General Terms and Conditions ... Personal data processed by the company for the user are not personal health data, biometric data, genetic data or personal data relating to criminal convictions matters or crimes under the Personal Data Protection Act.
    • RDA maintains confidentiality of all data and personal data entered by the data subject in the user account. In the event that RDA entrusts other persons with the processing of personal data, this is done only for the purpose of providing the service under these General Terms and Conditions.
    • In order to ensure the security of the processing of personal data, RDA has taken into account the appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the latest knowledge, the cost of implementing measures, the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing of personal data and the risks with different probability and severity to ensure a level of security appropriate to this risk.

By subscribing to any course organized by RDA, s.r.o. the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
